A very sweet and heartwarming story Little Wisp totally captures your heart, as does that gorgeous cover I found the flashbacks rather confusing, as there wasn t much differentiation between present day and the man s memories I had to keep stopping and backtracking to determine what time I was in There were also a few typos that pulled me out of the story, but those were my only complaints All in all, very poignant

I got a little lost at times with the back and forth between past and present, but the ending made me cry Put that together with my rating, and you ll have an idea of how good it was Very powerful and poignant short story 4.5 starsContent mentions of deaths

This was such a sweet short story, and I m so glad I finally got a chance to read it It s a very quick read, but in spite of that, I was able to connect with the characters It was also very thought provoking I have yet to be disappointed by any of Paul Willis stories This is actually a surprisingly coherent review for having been written at 5 in the morning

For being so short, this was so sweet Though there were few details how old was the main character Why were he and the girl sick Some questions are left unanswered , it kept the story simple, and didn t lack because of it The Christian element was done exceptionally well I really liked the verse My complaint was that the memories were often difficult to distinguish from the reality Since I felt most of the story was a memory, though, it wasn t as bad as it could have been.

This little story was so sweet and heartwarming and sad and touching all rolled into one I was nearly crying at times, but it has excellent lessons and a great Christian message Highly recommended to just about anyone and everyone
